Spring Season Started

Although the spring rehearsal was originally scheduled to start on Feb 9, the snow storm a week ago caught everyone off guard. The board decided to call off the rehearsal to ensure the maximum safety of all members, considering that Magnolia is a rather hilly area. By Feb 16, the members really couldn't wait any longer to sing out. We rehearsed under Evan Norberg, as Jean Marie was on vacation. The first rehearsal started with the familiar tune of America the Beautiful, and then moved on to the mystic yet very beautiful Sure on this Shining Night, and then other spring pieces. Each piece has its distinct character, and I became very excited after our first rehearsal: we have a fun and beautiful program for our spring concert!

Lastly, it's important to point out that men have really upped the level of their treats for the break. They are absolutely delicious!
