Twenty of our members braved the March 13th tempest assaulting Seattle to join in a shared meal at Luigi’s Pizza and Pasta in Magnolia Village. Several of our members arrived windswept and regaled us with stories of the storm’s destruction including a fence in a swimming pool, downed tree branches and power outages. We had the restaurant to ourselves for most of the meal and great conversation ensued. A variety of dishes were ordered including salads, lasagna, ravioli, and of course pizza. There may have been a glass of wine here and there as well. Thank you to our new members who joined us in this new chorale tradition. There is not another scheduled social dinner this semester but we hope to have at least two in our Fall semester. Special Thanks to Christopher and Liza at Luigi’s for hosting us. Our meals appeared quickly, were thoroughly enjoyed and we made it to rehearsal with plenty of time. Want to let the Luigi's team know how much you enjoy their restaurant? Rate or get more info about Luigi's through Facebook and Yelp. Comments are closed.
