Magnolia Chorale extends our grateful thanks to Evan Norberg

During our Spring 2018 concerts, the Magnolia Chorale bid a fond farewell to Evan Norberg, our assistant conductor. We are sad to see him go, and we celebrate with him the new directions his career is taking. We will miss the gifts he shared with us as conductor, vocal coach, and singer. With unfailing patience and good humor, Evan led us to focus closely, listen carefully, and sing joyously. We thank him for making us better, and wish him all the best.

The Board of Directors passed the following resolution at its board meeting on May 20, 2018:
“Whereas Evan Norberg has served as Assistant Conductor of the Magnolia Chorale for seven years, and

Whereas during that time Evan has used his extraordinary gifts, musical training and abilities to strengthen and improve the performance of the Magnolia Chorale, and

Whereas Evan has been a vital singer, cheerful participant, and enthusiast for all that the Magnolia Chorale is and does,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board and Members of the Magnolia Chorale extend to Evan Norberg their heartfelt thanks, their appreciation, and their best wishes for his future.”
